Yes, it is possible to manufacture based on your desired recipe. However, if certain ingredients are not in stock, new ingredients will need to be sourced, which tends to increase the unit cost of the product.

On the other hand, it is also possible to use existing ingredients and develop a recipe that is as close as possible to your desired formulation. In this case, it may be possible to reduce the production lot size and keep unit costs lower.

What is the quality of the ingredients used in Thai OEM manufacturing?

Our OEM partners source ingredients from reliable suppliers selected according to strict quality control standards. Many of the main ingredients are sourced domestically in Thailand, and product quality is formulated in accordance with international nutritional standards such as AAFCO to ensure both safety and nutritional value.

What kind of manufacturing equipment do Thai OEM manufacturers have?

The OEM manufacturers we partner with have introduced equipment suited to modern production needs, including foreign material detectors and equipment capable of using fresh meat. At present, there are two OEM manufacturers that can use fresh meat.

We also work to ensure thorough quality control and traceability in the event that any quality-related issue occurs.

What kind of quality control system is in place in Thailand?

Our OEM products undergo quality inspections during raw material acceptance and throughout the manufacturing process. Product specifications are also developed based on international nutritional standards such as AAFCO to ensure product safety and quality. In addition, we work continuously to improve quality through regular audits and improvement activities.

How long does it take from the initial inquiry until the actual product is completed?

Accepted Answer

Including formula adjustment, sample confirmation (if required), analytical testing, packaging production, factory visits, and confirmation of logistics arrangements, the process may take approximately 6 to 12 months.

That said, in urgent cases for clients in the past, we have successfully completed delivery in as little as 3 to 4 months.

How long does it take from placing an order to delivery?

Accepted Answer

In general, it takes about 1 to 2 months. However, this may vary depending on the OEM manufacturer selected and the production season, so we recommend placing orders with sufficient lead time.
